应用型专业人才培养模式下动画专业实践教学发展分析

Analysis on the Development of Practical Teaching of Animation Major under the Training Mode of Application-oriented Professionals

动画产业的创新发展带动了对应用型动画人才的需求,要求学生既要具备动画创作的能力,同时也要能够具有创新思维。但是,动画专业教育的滞后性发展,难以为动画产业发展提供充足的人才支持,从而影响到学生的就业发展,一定程度上造成动画产业应用型人才不足的现状。结合应用型专业人才培养的需求和目标,以高职院校为例,结合动画专业实践教学现状,从教学方法、教学平台等方向出发,搭建出以培养学生动画创作实践能力为主的教学体系,确保实践教学与学生的能力培养相符合。从而为培养学生的综合应用能力、为动画产业发展高质量人才供给提供支持。

The innovative development of the animation industry has driven the demand for application-oriented animation talents, which requires students to not only have the ability of animation creation, but also to have innovative thinking. However, the lagging development of animation professional education makes it difficult to provide sufficient talent support for the development of the animation industry, which affects the employment and development of students and causes the shortage of application-oriented talents in the animation industry to a certain extent. Combined with the needs and objectives of the application-oriented professional talents training, taking higher vocational colleges as an example, combined with the practical teaching status of animation majors, starting from the direction of teaching methods and teaching platform, we build a teaching system to cultivate students ’practical ability of animation creation, so as to ensure that the practical teaching conforms to the students’ ability cultivation in order to cultivate students’ comprehensive application ability and provide high-quality talents for the development of animation industry.
