智能变电站改扩建配置变更定位及校验技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对智能变电站改扩建工程配置文件现场传动测试停电范围大、测试时间长等问题,提出一种智能变电站改扩建配置文件变更定位及校验技术。根据改扩建工程IED的虚连接情况以及通信参数的变化划分工程子块,提取SCD文件中各工程子块相关配置信息并进行循环冗余计算,得到各工程子块IED校验码。通过改扩建前后SCD文件中各工程子块IED校验码比对精确定位改扩建工程配置变更,识别测试范围。利用虚拟仿真设备对需要测试的虚回路进行模拟传动测试,验证改扩建配置文件虚回路的正确性,并通过实际工程验证了所提智能变电站改扩建配置变更定位及校验技术的有效性。 Aiming at the problems of large power failure test range and long test time in the field drive test of the configuration file in the reconstruction and expansion project of intelligent substation,a change location and verification technology for the configuration file in the reconstruction and expansion project of intelligent substation is proposed.According to the virtual connection of secondary equipment and the change of communication parameters in the reconstruction and expansion project,the project sub-blocks are divided.The configuration information of each engineering sub-block in the SCD file is extracted for cyclic redundancy calculation to obtain the IED check code of each engineering sub-block.By comparing the IED check code of each project sub-block in the SCD file before and after the modification and expansion,the configuration change of the modification and expansion project is located and the test range is identified.The virtual simulation equipment is used to simulate the transmission test of the virtual loop to verify the correctness of the virtual loop of the modified configuration file.The effectiveness of the proposed configuration change location and calibration technique is verified by a practical project.
