摘要
为了加快“无人值守+远程运维”的变电运维新模式的转型升级,提出一种基于移动端数据推送的智能变电站远程可视化运维与无人值守技术,搭建智能变电站远程可视化运维系统,通过站端在线数据采集装置对变电站数据进行采集分析,然后将数据推送汇总到主站端在线监视系统。主站端在线监视系统通过图形化建模技术实现站端一二次设备状态远程可视化,通过制定智能巡视策略定期对站端采集的数据进行分析评估,通过隔离装置进行数据跨区穿越,将保护动作信息实时主动推送到运维相关人员的手机等移动设备,实现智能变电站远程可视化运维与无人值守。通过变电站现场实际应用验证了所提方案的有效性。
In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the new substation operation and maintenance mode of “unattended + remote operation and maintenance”, a remote visual operation and maintenance and unattended technology of intelligent substation based on mobile terminal data push is proposed, and a remote visual operation and maintenance system of intelligent substation is built, and the substation data is collected and analyzed through the station-end online data acquisition device, and then the data is pushed and summarized to the main station-side online monitoring system. The online monitoring system of the main station side realizes the remote visualization of the primary and secondary equipment status of the station end through graphical modeling technology, regularly analyzes and evaluates the data collected at the station end by formulating an intelligent patrol strategy, crosses the data across regions through the isolation device, actively pushes the protection action information to mobile devices such as mobile phones of operation and maintenance related personnel in real time,and remotely visualizes the operation and maintenance of intelligent substations and unattended. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by the practical application of the substation site.
