摘要
负荷转供是配电网操作及线路检修的重要内容,当合环点两侧存在较大压差、相位差时,线路检修和倒负荷只能采取先停电后转供方式,导致供电可靠性降低。为此提出基于移相调压技术的紧凑型配电网合环系统方案,开展了合环线路暂态、稳态理论研究和仿真分析,计算合环点两侧稳态电流及冲击电流。针对目前其他技术方案存在的问题,创新性提出在合环点桥接具备自动调压和调相功能的移相调压器技术方案,制定自动控制以及保护配置策略,开发移相调压器、合环总控装置等关键设备,实现系统试点投运。
Load transfer is an important content of distribution network operation and line maintenance. When there is a large voltage and phase difference on both sides of the loop-closing point, line maintenance and load transfer can only take the way of power outage first and then transfer, resulting in the reduction of power supply reliability. Therefore, a closed-loop system scheme of compact distribution network based on phase-shift and voltage regulation technology is proposed, carries out transient and steady-state theory and simulation analysis of the closed-loop line, and calculates steady-state current and impulse current on both sides of the closed-loop point. Aiming at the problems existing in the technical proposal, it has innovative automatic adjustable and phase modulation function of phase shifting technology solutions, formulate automatic control and protection, Develop key equipment such as phase-shift voltage regulator and loop-closing control device, realize the pilot operation of distribution network closed loop system.
