摘要
主动磁测距技术通过对井中套管、落鱼等施加一定的激励,使套管、落鱼等产生相应的磁场强度,探测目标井套管或落鱼的管柱与新钻井眼的距离及相对位置关系来实现井眼连通,在原油泄漏井、井喷失控井等救援方面有重要应用价值。文章介绍了国内自主研发的主动磁测距技术在储气库贯穿盖层及储气层的落鱼废弃井眼中的重入试验,拓展了磁测距技术的应用领域。针对废弃井眼井斜角度大,盖层上部有长段留置钻具的情况,设计新井眼轨迹为渐进探测段、试碰段、回填侧钻伴行段、重入段,并制定了基于主动磁测距技术的轨迹控制要求,对可能出现的复杂情况制定了配套技术措施。该技术在南堡1-29储气库12-198井中进行了现场试验,新钻井眼成功进入废弃井眼,验证了自主磁测距技术在裸眼落鱼井中重入导向的可靠性,其轨迹设计及探测方法、作业流程可为同类型井的应用提供技术借鉴。
Active magnetic measuring technology is used to detect the casing of the target well or the string in the wellbore to realize the wellbore connection.It has important application value in the rescue of crude oil leakage wells and blowout out of control wells.This paper introduces the re-entry test of the active magnetic technology developed in China was used in the abandoned wellbore with fish that through the caprock and gas reservoir of the gas storage, which expands the application field of the magnetic technology.In view of the large inclination angle of the abandoned wellbore and the remaining drilling tools on the caprock of the abandoned wellbore, the new drilling well trajectory is designed with a progressive detection section, a test collision section, a backfill sidetracking section, and a reentry section.The borehole trajectory control requirements have been established, and supporting technical measures have been formulated for possible complex situations.The technology has been field tested in Well 12-198 of NP1-29 Gas Storage, and the new drilling hole has successfully entered the abandoned well.The successful test of this well proves that the active magnetic measuring technology has good reliability in steering drilling with complicated well conditions, at the same time, its trajectory design, detection method and operation process can provide technical reference for the application of the same type of wells.
