四川盆地沙溪庙组河道致密砂岩开发工程关键技术进展及发展方向 被引量:6

Progress and Development Direction for Key Well Engineering Technology in Tight Sandstone in Shaximiao Famation, Sichuan Basin

摘要 四川盆地致密气总地质资源量为5.8×10^(12)m^(3),居全国第二,其中金秋气田沙溪庙组致密气是勘探开发最重要的层系之一,但该气田储层埋深浅,上部地层钻井造浆能力强,储层由23期河道叠置发育具有物性、岩石力学及地应力差异大的特征,部分井区储层能量较弱。针对这些开发难点,在钻井方面通过开展浅层三维水平井轨迹设计与控制技术和以强化参数为主的钻井提速技术研究,形成了多河道浅埋深三维水平井钻井技术;在压裂方面通过研发低温全金属可溶桥塞和高强度、低伤害压裂液体系、优化水平井多缝压裂工艺,形成了高强度低伤害多缝压裂技术;在采气方面通过开展返排与出砂规律特征研究,形成了射流泵助排工艺和井下节流技术。通过这些技术的现场应用,沙溪庙组致密气藏钻井周期缩短至最低8.08 d,井均测试产量由5.01×10^(4)m^(3)/d提高至46.75×10^(4)m^(3)/d,同时表明在井身结构优化及小井眼钻完井配套技术、全生命周期智能采气技术方面还需进一步探索。 The total geological resources of tight gas in Sichuan Basin are 5.8×10^(12)m^(3),ranking second in China.The Shaximiao Formation is rich in tight gas resources and is an important area of exploration and development.However, the reservoir depth of the gas field is shallow and with strong ability of drilling in the upper strata.The reservoir developed by 23 phases of river overlapping has the characteristics of large differences in physical properties, rock mechanics and in-situ stress, and some of the well areas have weak reservoir energy.According to these development difficulties, in the aspect of drilling, the author has developed the multi-channel shallow depth 3D horizontal well drilling technology through the research of shallow 3D horizontal well trajectory design and control technology, and drilling speed acceleration technology based on strengthening parameters.In the fracturing aspect, the high strength and low damage multi-fracture fracturing technology was formed through the development of low temperature all-metal soluble bridge plug and high strength and low damage fracturing fluid system, and the optimization of multi-fracture fracturing process of horizontal wells.In the aspect of gas production, the jet pump drainage technology and downhole throttling technology have been formed through the study of the characteristics of flowback and sand production law.Through the field application of these technologies, the drilling period in Shaximimiao Formation was shortened to the minimum of 8.08 d, and the average well test output was increased from 5.01×10^(4) m^(3)/d to 46.75 × 10^(4) m^(3)/d.The results also show that further researches are still needed in the optimization of wellbore program, the supporting technology of slim hole drilling and completion, and full life cycle intelligent gas recovery technology.
