摘要 针对渤海油田切割打捞需要下入冲砂和切割两趟管柱,施工周期长,成本高的缺点,研制了一种一体式交替冲砂切割工具,实现了一趟管柱可完成冲砂和切割连续作业,将作业时间由15 h/1 000 m下降至9.8 h/1 000 m。文中对该技术的工作原理和结构进行了描述,并建立了冲砂水力学和切割扭矩的数学方程,用于计算两种工况下的排量、泵压、扭矩等参数,以便于指导现场作业和辅助判断井下工具的状态。试验测试结果表明,冲砂切割一体化工具性能稳定,满足连续交替冲砂、切割作业工艺需求,且成功应用于?139.7 mm套管的切割作业,各项指标性能良好,提高作业效率35%,节约成本50%。 In view of the disadvantages of long construction period and high cost when cutting and fishing in Bohai oil field, it requires two trips of sand washing and cutting string, a kind of alternating sand washing and cutting integrated tool is developed, which can complete continuous sand washing and cutting operations in one pipe string and reduce the operation time from 15 h/1 000 m to 9.8 h/1 000 m.The working principle and structure of this technology are described.The mathematical equations of sand washing hydraulics and cutting torque are established to calculate the displacement, pump pressure, torque and other parameters under the two working conditions, so as to guide the field operation and assist in judging the status of tools.The test results show that the sand washing and cutting integrated tool has stable performance, meets the technological requirements of continuous sand washing and cutting alternative operations, and has been successfully applied to the cutting operation of ?139.7 mm casing.The tool has good performance of various indexes, which improves the operation efficiency by 35% and saves the cost by 50%.
