基于数据驱动的球压痕硬度测量方法

摘要 由于压痕接触和材料变形的非线性,压痕硬度与压痕响应参数之间存在高度非线性特性。采用非线性拟合的方式存在一定的主观性,影响其适用场合。基于量纲分析方法和有限元仿真技术建立压痕硬度与压痕响应参数之间的关系数据集,利用Relief算法进行数据降维,采用混合算法对ANFIS进行训练。建立了压痕硬度与压痕功、压痕深度、压痕载荷、卸载斜率等参数之间的映射关系。测试结果表明,该方法能够获得比较理想的压痕硬度辨识效果。 Because of the nonlinearity of indentation contact and material deformation,there is a high nonlinear characteristic between indentation hardness and indentation response parameters.Using nonlinear fitting method was subjective and affects its application situation.Based on dimensional analysis and finite element simulation,a data set of relationship between indentation hardness and indentation response parameters was established.The relief algorithm was used to reduce the dimension of data,and a mixed algorithm was used to train ANFIS.Then,the mapping relationships among indentation hardness and indentation work,indentation depth,indentation load,unloading slope and other parameters were established.The test results showed that this method could better identify the indentation hardness.
