摘要 通过浮辊剥离试验测定了Redux322结构胶在室温与湿热情况下的剥离强度-位移曲线,并基于简化的2D浮辊剥离有限元模型,分析了结构胶的断裂韧性、临界相对位移的大小对浮辊剥离强度的影响。研究表明,Redux322结构胶在湿热老化下比室温下剥离强度显著提高,且剥离破坏模式不同。浮辊剥离有限元分析结果和试验数据较吻合。分析表明:湿热条件下剥离强度的大幅提高,并非由于胶膜韧性增加引起,而是由胶膜的软化效应和破坏应变增加所导致。 The peel strength-displacement curves of Redux322 structural film at room temperature and hygrothermal conditions were tested.Based on a simplified 2D floating-roller-peeling finite element model,the influences of the fracture toughness of the structural adhesive,and the magnitude of the critical relative displacement on the peel strength of the floating roller are analyzed.The test shows that the peeling strength of Redux322 film under hygrothermal conditions is significantly higher than that at room temperature,and the peeling modes are different.The results of the floating roller peeling process agree well with the experimental data.It is indicated that the significant increase of peel strength under hygrothermal conditions is caused by soften effects,and increasing failure strain,rather than the toughening of the film.
