摘要 针对电动飞行器带载旋桨试验系统需要在运行过程中监控分析试验状态,提出基于LabVIEW的电动飞行器带载试验数据采集监控系统。通过转速、转矩、拉力、温度等传感器多点采集系统信息;采用NI采集卡等硬件搭建系统,实现对电动飞行器螺旋桨数据采集和处理;利用LabVIEW软件记录分析转速、转矩、拉力等数据变化,为电动飞行器试飞提供数据支持。试验证明,可实现对电动飞行器的带载试验数据采集监控。 Aiming at the need of monitoring and analyzing the test state during the operation of the screw loaded propeller test system of electric aircraft,a data acquisition and monitoring system of electric aircraft loaded test based on LabVIEW is proposed.Multi point acquisition of system information is realized using speed,torque,tension,temperature and other sensors.NI acquisition card and other hardware are used to build the system to realize the data acquisition and processing of electric aircraft propeller.LabVIEW software is used to record and analyze the changes of speed,torque,tension and other data,so as to provide data support for the flight test of electric aircraft.Through test verification,the data acquisition and monitoring of on-load test of electric aircraft are realized.
