摘要
针对变速箱车间在变速箱装配过程中过程质量管控难的问题,提出构建变速箱装配过程质量控制系统,基于MS Vis ual Studio开发环境和MS SQL Se rve r关系数据库,实现基础数据的维护、产品工艺配置、质量数据管理、质量预测和质量控制等功能,并运用于变速箱装配车间实际装配作业活动中,验证了该系统的适用性。
Aiming at the difficulty of process quality control in the gearbox assembly process in the gearbox workshop,it is proposed to build a gearbox assembly process quality control system.Based on the MS Visual Studio development environment and MS SQL Server relational database,functions such as maintenance of basic data,product process configuration,quality data management,quality prediction and quality control,are realized.The system has been applied to the actual assembly activities in the gearbox assembly workshop to verify its applicability.
