高速列车可变轨距转向架设计

摘要 针对传统跨境车辆因各国轨距不同需更换转向架或乘客货物换乘存在转运缓慢的现状,设计了一种高速列车可变轨距转向架,该转向架与相应的地面变轨装置配合,可做到高速列车在运行过程中完成轮距的转换,从而实现列车在不同轨距下运行。相比目前采用统一线路、转运或更换转向架等方法,可变轨距转向架具有成本低、变轨时间短、机动性高等优势,为解决车辆在不同轨距线路运行提供了新的方案。 In view of the current situation that traditional cross-border vehicles need to change bogies or passengers’freight transfer is slow due to different gauge in different countries,a kind of variable gauge bogies for high-speed trains is designed.The bogies can be matched with the corresponding ground rail changing devices,so that the high-speed trains can complete the track change during running,thus realizing the trains running under different gauge.At present,compared with the methods of unified track,transfer or bogie change,variable gauge bogies have the advantages of low cost,short track change time,high maneuverability,etc.,which provides a new scheme to solve the problem of vehicles running on different gauge lines.
