摘要
通过智能化改造,实现了国能黄骅港堆取料机全自动作业,全面实现了无人化操作。在日常生产作业中,堆取料机部分辅助功能在无人化后出现了一些新的问题,部分辅助机构或辅助功能需要持续改进。为解决这些问题,选用了若干种新型传感器,对无人化堆取料机进行了进一步优化改造,实现了无人化堆取料机性能提升。
Through intelligent transformation,the stacker and reclaimer of Huanghua Port has realized full-automatic operation and unmanned operation.In daily production operations,some auxiliary functions of stacker and reclaimer appear some new situations after unmanned,and some auxiliary mechanisms or functions need to be continuously improved.In order to solve these problems,several new sensors are selected to further optimize and transform the unmanned stacker and reclaimer,and the performance of the unmanned stacker and reclaimer is improved.
