摘要
目前,垃圾处理站主要依靠人工清洗垃圾处理作业面,且没有很好的措施消除垃圾臭味。文中设计一种能够实现自动喷洒除臭剂的智能机械臂,给出了总体结构,分析了作业过程,详细阐述了设计过程的总体原则,以及传动方式和壳体材料等机械系统的关键要素。
At present,the waste treatment surface is cleaned by manual operation at the waste treatment station,and there are no good measures to eliminate the smell of waste.This paper designs an intelligent mechanical arm which can automatically spray deodorant,introduces the overall structure,analyzes the operation process,and expounds in detail the overall principle of the design and the key elements of the mechanical system such as transmission mode and shell material.
