Research on Support Platform Device for Deepwater Subsea Pipeline Maintenance Operation

概述了海管水下维修常用的两种方法,总结了水下更换管段维修作业支持装置的功能需求,提出一种深水海管维修作业支持平台装置(Pipeline Index Frame,简称PIF),并对其结构组成和功能、液压控制系统设计及工作流程进行了分析,可为深水海管维修提供参考。

This paper introduces two commonly used methods for underwater maintenance of subsea pipelines,summarizes the functional requirements of the maintenance operation support device for underwater replacement of pipe sections,and proposes a deepwater subsea pipeline maintenance operation support platform device(Pipeline Index Frame,PIF).Its structural composition and functions,hydraulic control system design and work flow are analyzed,which can provide reference for deepwater pipeline maintenance.
