从分析科技园区金融生态圈的特点出发,结合美国硅谷科技金融生态圈的发展经验,对我国构建科技园区金融生态圈的思路进行了探讨,提出通过建立现代的金融思维,构建良好的政策法规环境,加强金融基础设施建设,创新投融资模式和科技金融产品,构建良好的金融风险保障平台来形成良性的金融生态,促进科技园区健康发展。

By analyzing the characteristics of the financial ecosphere of science and technology parks and the development experience of the financial ecosphere in Silicon Valley,this paper discusses the ideas of constructing the financial ecosphere in science and technology parks in our country.It proposes to form a benign financial ecology and promote the healthy development of science and technology parks by establishing modern financial thinking,building a good policy and regulatory environment,strengthening the construction of financial infrastructure,innovating investment models,financing models and scientific and technological financial products,and building a good financial risk protection platform.
