Policy Suggestions on the Development of Shanxi’s New Energy Storage

本文首先从优缺点两方面阐述了新型储能电站的特性,在此基础上对山西新型储能现状进行了分析,提出新型储能规模快速增长、多种储能技术并行、当前政策支撑力度大,并指出了面临的问题。最后探讨形成支持储能技术发展和规模化应用的政策环境,充分发挥新型储能在山西能源转型和实现双碳目标中的支撑作用。

This paper first describes the characteristics of the new energy storage power station from both advantages and disadvantages,and then analyzes the current situation of Shanxi’s new energy storage,and proposes that the scale of the new energy storage is growing rapidly,multiple energy storage technologies are parallel,and the current policy support is strong,and points out the problems faced.Finally,we will discuss the formation of a policy environment to support the development and large-scale application of energy storage technology is discussed,so as to give full play to the supporting role of new energy storage in Shanxi’s energy transformation and the realization of the dual-carbon goal.
