海上风电单桩基础坐底式稳桩平台改造工艺研究与应用

摘要 为满足工程沉桩的水深要求,需对现有稳桩平台及配套的定位桩进行改造,改造的内容包括稳桩平台柱腿的截短及连接、抱臂的加固、千斤顶油缸底座移位、新增溜尾吊耳、增加油管保护、定位桩吊耳移位、定位桩的截短和拼接、增加定位桩站人平台和定位桩插销位置移位。改造过程中使用测量和试验的方法对质量进行管控,改造后的稳桩平台已完成工程的全部沉桩施工。 In order to meet the water depth requirements of pile sinking in the project,it is necessary to transform the positioning piles supporting the existing pile stabilization platform,including the truncation and connection of the column legs of the pile stabilization platform,the reinforcement of the arm,the displacement of the jack cylinder base,the addition of the tail sliding lifting lug,the addition of oil pipe protection,the displacement of the positioning pile lifting lug,the truncation and splicing of the positioning pile,the addition of the positioning pile station platform and the displacement of the positioning pile pin.In the process of transformation,measurement and test methods are used to control the quality.The pile stabilization platform after transformation has completed all the pile sinking construction of the project.
