摘要
为解决柔性生产过程中现有的夹具对于一些体积特征不规则物体进行夹持时,需要设计专门夹具的问题,本文提出了一款可实现多种加工需求的变轨通用夹具。该设计通过14个对称夹持板沿轨道的定向移动,实现了对体积特征不规则物体进行快速装夹的目的。
In order to solve the problem that the existing fixtures in the flexible production process need to design special fixtures for clamping some objects with irregular volume characteristics,this paper proposes a universal fixture with variable tracks that can realize various processing requirements.The design achieves fast clamping of objects with irregular volume characteristics by the directional movement of 14 symmetrical clamping plates along the track.
