摘要
本文阐述了在设计过程中运用五轴编程加工某型叶轮零件的详细过程,以及在五轴机床加工实物之前VERICUT仿真的必要性,实现了安全、高效、高质量的程序优化,进而实现了车间高速度、高效率、高质量的生产加工,最终为工厂降低风险和成本、提高竞争力提供了技术保障。
This paper expounds the detailed process of using five-axis programming to process a certain type of impeller in the design process,and the necessity of VERICUT simulation before the five-axis machine tool is used to process the real object.It realizes the safe,efficient and high-quality program optimization,and the high speed,high efficiency and high quality production and processing in the workshop,and it provides technical guarantee for the factory to reduce risk and cost and improve the competitiveness.
