水切割机床承重部件参数化设计及结构优化

摘要 为应对多元化市场对产品个性化定制的要求,对某型水切割机床的横梁、立柱结构开发了适用于企业产品快速设计的结构优化系统。在ANSYS软件中建立承重结构的参数化模型,对其进行静力学分析和动力学分析,得到切削工况下的等效应力云图与位移云图、固有频率与各阶振型等;在保证机床的强度和刚度的基础上,针对结构关键几何尺寸参数进行优化设计。分析结果显示,初始的结构具有较高的安全系数和较大的优化空间;经过轻量化优化设计,在降低机床重量的同时,其强度和刚度特性仍符合公司要求和标准。该优化系统缩短了产品校核和再设计的过程,提高了水切割机床的设计效率。 In order to meet the requirements of diversified markets for personalized customization of products,a structural optimization system suitable for rapid design of enterprise products was developed for the beam structures and column structures of a certain type of waterjet cutting machine tool.The parametric model of the load-bearing structures is established in the ANSYS software,and the static analysis and dynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the equivalent stress nephogram and displacement nephogram,natural frequency and vibration modes under the cutting condition;on the basis of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the machine tool,the key geometric parameters of the structure are optimized.The analysis results show that the initial structure has high safety factor and large optimization space;Through lightweight optimization design,while reducing the weight of the machine tool,its strength and stiffness characteristics still meet the company’s requirements and standards.The optimization system shortens the process of product verification and redesign,and improves the design efficiency of waterjet cutting machine tools.
