摘要 专利信息是集技术性、法律性、经济性于一体的复合型战略性信息资源,在知识产权的创造、运用、保护和管理的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。对镁质耐火材料行业专利信息的准确把握和有效利用,不仅直接关系到知识产权战略的实施成效,也是跨越式提升镁质耐火材料行业自主创新能力和综合竞争实力的内在要求,更是推动产业结构优化升级、实现产业高级化内涵式发展的重要途径。文章从镁质耐火材料专利信息的总体发展趋势、技术分析、申请分析等方面入手,梳理发展的问题,形成产业专利信息分析报告,为镁质耐火材料专利信息科学有效导航产业决策提供了基础性的作用。 Patent information is a complex and strategic information resource, which integrates technology, law and economy. It plays an important role in the creation, application, protection and management of intellectual property. An accurate understanding and effective use of patent information in magnesite refractory industry is not only directly related to the effectiveness of the implementation of intellectual property strategy, but also is the internal requirement of promoting independent innovation capability and comprehensive competitive strength of magnesite refractory industry by leaps and bounds. Moreover, the understanding and use of patent information is also an important way for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and realizing the connotation-like development of advanced industry. Based on the general development trend, technical analysis and application analysis of patent information of magnesite refractory, this paper categorizes the development problems and forms an industry patent information analysis report, which can provide a basic role for magnesite refractory patent information science to effectively guide industrial decision-making.
