摘要
摩托车道路可靠性和耐久性测试过程中,根据车辆的整车振动舒适性、动力性能、噪声、轮胎磨损量、主客观评价等指标,以及在测试车辆上安装先进的测试设备,采集准确的测试数据,通过对比分析,总结出车辆整车性能与耐久性、行驶里程之间的变化规律。同时,将主客观评价和采集的试验数据进行相关研究,量化摩托车的性能测试,为样车的道路可靠性和耐久性提供帮助,为企业整车及零部件品控提供参考依据。
This papers introduces the comparable analysis on the data collected through the advanced testing equipment on motorcycle during the tests for the road reliability and durability of motorcycle, including the data on motorcycle’s vibration comfortability, power performance, noise, tire wear, and subjective and objective evaluation etc.. It summarizes the change regularities between motorcycle performance, durability and operating range. At the same time, the researches on subjective and objective evaluation and the test data collected are carried out, the performance test of the motorcycle is quantified. It provides the references for improvement of the road reliability and the durability of motorcycle, and the quality controls of enterprises for motorcycles and parts and components.
