旋转体偏置测点坐标的求解

摘要 在测量旋转体时,按照传统方法必须将测件基准孔(轴)圆心与分度台旋转中心调整为相重合才能进行测量,耗时费工、装调困难。受坐标系平移方法的启迪,笔者提出在分度台上任意放置被测件的新方法。该方法省时、省力,效率高,且可达到精密测量准确度的要求。 When measuring a rotating body, according to the traditional method, the center of the reference hole(shaft) of the measuring piece must be adjusted to coincide with the rotation center of the circular dividing table before the measurement can be carried out. It is time-consuming, labor-intensive and difficult to assemble.Inspired by the coordinate system translation method, the author proposes a new method to arbitrarily place the DUT on the circular dividing table. The method saves time, labor, and high efficiency, and it can meet the requirements of precise measurement accuracy.
