高校众创空间发展现状及对策研究——以合肥工业大学为例

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Public Creation Space in Universities:A Case Study of Hefei University of Technology

以合肥工业大学为例,通过问卷调查收集大学生创业团队自身情况、众创空间孵化管理模式、孵化资源丰富程度、孵化时限等相关数据,分析高校众创空间孵化过程中存在的问题,结果表明:高校众创空间存在孵化资金短缺、创业政策宣传不到位、创业实践教育培训不足等问题。针对以上问题提出了“优化创业金融服务、健全‘互联网+创业’孵化模式、组建创业导师团队”三方面的对策,以期推动高校众创空间的可持续发展。

Taking Hefei University of Technology as an example,we collected relevant data such as the situation of college students’ entrepreneurship teams,the incubation management mode of mass entrepreneurship space,the abundance of incubation resources,and the incubation time limit through a questionnaire survey,and analyzed the problems in the incubation process of mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities.The results showed that there were some problems in the mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities,such as the shortage of incubation funds,the inadequate publicity of entrepreneurship policies,and the lack of entrepreneurship practice education and training.In response to the above problems,specific improvement measures are proposed in three aspects:“optimizing entrepreneurial financial services,improving the incubation model of’Internet plus entrepreneurship,and establishing a team of entrepreneurial mentors”,so as to promote the sustainable development of university innovation space.
