摘要
以2010—2017年我国A股上市公司为样本,分析和验证我国上市公司中社会责任在并购商誉与企业创新关系中的调节作用。结果表明:并购商誉水平越高,企业表现出的创新能力越高,同时企业社会责任的履行对二者之间的这种关系起到促进作用,这种促进作用在当期不明显,但随着时间的推移,这种促进作用变得愈发明显。研究结论在一定程度上为理解社会责任、并购商誉与企业创新之间的关系提供了新的参考。
This paper analyzes the moderating role of social responsibility in the relationship between the goodwill and corporate innovation in M&A.The results show that the higher the level of M&A goodwill,the higher the innovation ability of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the performance of corporate social responsibility plays a role in promoting the relationship between the two,which is not obvious in the current period,but becomes more and more obvious as time goes by.To some extent,the conclusion of this study provides new thinking for understanding the relationship between social responsibility,M&A goodwill and enterprise innovation.
