《管理学》课程线上线下混合式教学行动研究

摘要 为了深入推进信息技术与《管理学》课程教学融合,在传统教学的基础上,开展了《管理学》课程线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式改革与实践。运用行动研究法,确定教学设计方案,实施混合式教学,根据课堂的反馈和评估进行改进。通过不断实践力求探索混合式教学在构建民主课堂、以学生为主、增强学生管理实践等方面的有效性,以培养学生管理知识应用能力和创新能力,从而提高《管理学》课程的教学效果。 In order to further promote the integration of the information technology and management course teaching,on the basis of abandoning the traditional teaching method,management courses aims to the present situation of low students’ enthusiasm and lack of innovation ability and so on,it has carried out the combination of online to offline hybrid teaching reform and practice.This paper adopted action research method and carried out the online to offline hybrid teaching on the basis of determining the teaching design scheme,improved according to the feedback and evaluation of the classroom.Through continuous loop makes every effort to explore the hybrid in building democratic classroom,giving the priority to students and enhance the effectiveness of student’s management practice,to train the application ability of student’s management knowledge and innovation ability,thus improve the teaching effect of management course.
