Innovation and Practice of Talent Training Mode of “Course,Competition and Certificate” Integration——A Case Study of the Huanggang Polytechnic College

基于“职教20条”和全国职业教育大会精神,结合湖北省制造业转型升级需求,根据行业企业岗位需求,对接技能大赛及“1+X”制度试点证书等核心技能,培养机器人产业链复合型人才。黄冈职业技术学院工业机器人技术专业实施“书、赛、证”融通的人才培养模式创新实践,从多元化教育、课程重构、技能培训、社会服务等方面进行探析。

In this paper,based on the “20 vocational education”and the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference,combined with the needs of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Hubei Province,according to the job needs of industry enterprises,docking skills competition and“1+X”system pilot certificate and other core skills,innovative talent training mode of robot industry compound.The specialty of industrial robot technology has carried out the innovation and practice of the talent training mode of “course,competition and certificate” integration.The specialty has made relevant explorations in diversified education,curriculum reconstruction,skill training and social services.
