Building Hubei "Digital Open University":Basis,Experience and Path

党的二十大提出建设数字中国和推进教育数字化目标任务,建设湖北“数字开大”是贯彻落实二十大会议精神的实际行动。湖北开放大学应在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,加强应用研究攻关,加强各类平台建设,并夯实组织领导保障,优化建设管理,从而加快建设开放大学的数字化学习(教育)生态系统,使数字化学习新模式成为学校的“新常态”。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the building of digital China and the promotion of education digitalization.Building Hubei "Digital Open University" is a concrete response to the decisions of the 20th National Party Congress.Based on the advanced experience at home and abroad,Hubei Open University should strengthen applied research for breakthroughs,enhance the establishment of various platforms,ensure strong leadership,andimprove the management,so as to accelerate the building of a digital learning(education) ecosystem of the open university and make digital learning a "new normal" in Hubei Open University.
