开放教育视域下师德培育的逻辑起点、现实困境与路径选择 被引量:1

摘要 高尚的师德风尚是优秀教师队伍的前提和基础。作为构建服务全民终身学习教育体系的“国家队”,开放大学教师队伍的师德师风建设具有自己的独特性,表现在:特殊的课程教学模式、教师角色定位以及师生关系模式,这构成了开放教育视域下师德培育的逻辑起点。而在开放大学师德培育的理论研究和实践也存在着一些短板,这是开放教育视域下师德培育的现实困境。做好开放大学师德培育工作,要尊重客观差异,科学界定开放大学师德内涵;加强组织领导,优化顶层规划和设计;遵守师德形成规律,坚持“自律”与“他律”相统一。 Morality is the premise and foundation of excellent teachers.As a "national team" thatbuilds aneducation system where lifelong learning is pursued by all,the buildingof teachers’ professional integrityand conduct in the open university has its own uniqueness,which is reflected in the special curriculum teaching mode,teachers’ role positioning and teacher-student relationship mode.This constitutes the logical starting point of the cultivation of teachers’ ethics in the perspective of open education.However,there are also some weaknesses in the theoretical research and practice of the cultivation of teachers’ ethics in the open university,which is the predicament of the cultivation of teachers’ ethics in the perspective of open education.To do a good job in cultivating teachers’ ethics in the Open University,we should respect the objective differences and soundly define the content of teachers’ ethics ofthe Open University.We should strengthen organizational leadership and optimize top-level planning and design,comply with the formation law of teachers’ ethics and adhere to the unity of "self-discipline" and "heteronomy".
