第一级风叶安装角对矿井通风机运行特性的影响研究

摘要 为了提高矿用轴流式风机在运行过程中的效率和稳定性,利用流体仿真分析软件,对第一级风叶在不同安装角情况下的风机运行特性进行分析。结果表明,第一级风叶安装角的偏离度越大,风机运行时的效率和全压越低,噪声越大;当风机在额定流量一定的情况下,叶片安装角负向偏离时的运行特性优于正向偏离时的特性。 In order to improve the efficiency and stability of mine axial fans during operation,the operating characteristics of fans with different installation angles of the first-stage airfoil were analyzed by using fluid simulation analysis software.The results show that the greater the deviation of the first-stage airfoil installation angle,the lower the efficiency and full pressure of the fan operation,and the greater the noise;when the fan is at a certain rated flow rate,the operating characteristics of the negative deviation of the blade installation angle are better than those of the positive deviation.
