摘要
针对目前掘进作业中机械化支护系统的支护参数设定依靠人工经验进行,存在精度低、可靠性差等问题,对井下液压支架的支护原理、支护参数选择原则等进行分析,结合井下实际支护经验,提出了“先人工调整再自动修正”的支架支护控制原则。根据实际应用表明,采用该支护方案后,液压支架支护系统支架参数选择的准确性有效提升,对提升井下支护效率和稳定性具有重要意义。
Aiming at the current problems of low precision and poor reliability of the mechanized support system in the digging operation,which relies on manual experience to set the support parameters,the analysis of the support principle of underground hydraulic bracket and the principle of selecting support parameters,combined with the actual experience of underground support,put forward the bracket"manual adjustment first and then automatic correction".The principle of"manual adjustment and then automatic correction"is proposed.According to the practical application,the accuracy of the brace parameters selection of the hydraulic brace support system is effectively improved after the adoption of this support scheme,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency and stability of underground support.
