摘要
基于矿井开采深度的不断增加,双绳缠绕式矿井提升机为其主要的应用形式,在提升过程中,卷筒受到的载荷作用复杂,对其承载性能具有较高的要求。基于此,采用有限元仿真分析的形式,对矿井提升机的卷筒进行建模分析。结果表明,卷筒的承载性能满足使用需求,最大应力及变形均发生在左右缠绕区域的中间位置处。
Based on the increasing mining depth,the double-rope winding mine hoist is the main application form.In the process of hoisting,the reel is subjected to complex load action,which has high requirements on its load-bearing performance.The finite element simulation analysis is used to model and analyze the reel of mine hoist.The results show that the load-bearing performance of the reel meets the requirements of use,and the maximum stress and deformation occur in the middle of the left and right winding area.
