带式输送机不同因素对输送带安全作用的影响分析

Influence of Different Factors of Belt Conveyors on the Safety Role of Conveyor Belts

为了保证煤矿带式输送机在输送过程中的安全稳定运行,通过试验对不同的负载状态及制动方式下输送带的张力变化进行分析。结果表明,在煤矿开采中,应保证带式输送机负载的恒定,并采取可控停机的方式进行制动,从而减小输送带的张力作用,提高输送带的安全作用,保证煤矿的安全开采。

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine belt conveyors in the conveying process,the changes in the tension of the conveyor belt under different load states and braking methods were analysed through tests.The results show that in coal mine mining,the constant load of the belt conveyor should be ensured and the braking method of controlled stop should be adopted,so as to reduce the tension action of the conveyor belt,improve the safety action of the conveyor belt and ensure the safe mining of the coal mine.
