This paper summarizes the design and development process of a new type of pipe gripper for a gripper,specifying through the analysis of development requirements,gripper structure design,gripper action design,gripper structure strength analysis,gripper safety analysis,etc.Based on the existing product structure design,the product development was completed quickly in a short period of time with the help of 3D modeling software and structural analysis software.It provides reference for the development process of similar mechanical work attachments.
