数控机床双齿轮传动消隙机构的设计分析

摘要 为了提高数控机床加工精度,消除进给系统中齿轮齿条传动的间隙,设计了双齿轮传动消隙机构。其通过弹簧预紧实现啮合面的贴合,运用仿真分析的形式对机构应用效果进行分析。结果表明,双齿轮消隙机构可以消除齿轮齿条的传动间隙,提高进给系统的精度。 In order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools and eliminate the clearance of the rack and pinion drive in the feed system,a double-gear drive backlash elimination mechanism is designed,and the fitting of the meshing surfaces is achieved by spring preload.The results show that the double-gear backlash elimination mechanism can eliminate the backlash of the rack and pinion drive and improve the accuracy of the feed system.
