摘要
设计了一种井下辅助排水车,进行了整体结构设计和关键零部件的有限元分析,通过最终现场应用和实验可以得出:设计的矿井辅助排水车结构紧凑合理,控制性能良好,能够满足煤矿井下应急排水和常规排水需求。研究成果对于保证煤矿安全生产以及紧急事故的救援具有重要的研究价值和研究意义。
An underground auxiliary drainage truck is designed,the overall structure design and finite element analysis of key components are carried out,through the final field application and experiments can be concluded:the designed mine auxiliary drainage truck has a compact and reasonable structure,good control performance,and can meet the emergency drainage and conventional drainage needs of underground coal mine drainage,and the final research results are important for ensuring the safe production of coal mines and the rescue of emergency accidents.The final research results have important research value and significance for ensuring the safe production of coal mines and emergency rescue.
