摘要
为了进一步提升卡轨车运行效率和安全性,提升卡轨车制动系统的性能,基于当前卡轨车制动方案及实际应用效果,提出了新型卡轨车制动方案,对卡轨车牵引力、制动力和摩擦片的选型进行理论计算,完成卡轨车制动系统关键零部件的结构设计。运用有限元分析软件对系统关键零部件强度进行有限元分析,分析结果表明,制动系统联动机构强度满足要求,方案设计取得理想成果。
In order to further improve the operation efficiency and safety of the truck railcar and the performance of the truck railcar braking system,based on the current truck railcar braking scheme and the actual application effect,a new truck railcar braking scheme is proposed;theoretical calculations of the truck railcar traction force,braking force and friction pad selection are carried out,and the structural design of the key components of the truck railcar braking system is completed.The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength of the key components of the system.The analysis results show that the strength of the brake system linkage mechanism meets the requirements and the scheme design achieves the desired effect.
