摘要
针对传统带式输送机自移机尾受推移油缸最大行程的限制,实际推进距离有限,无法满足现代化高产高效综采工作面快速推进需求的问题,设计了一种带式输送机大行程自移机尾,介绍了该自移机尾的整体结构,并重点设计了其关键构件。经实际应用可知,该大行程自移机尾推移速度快、可靠性高,能很好地适应工作面单次推移较大距离的需求,可有效缩短推移时间,进一步提高工作面生产效率。
In view of the limitation of the maximum stroke of the pushing cylinder of the traditional belt conveyor,the actual pushing distance is limited,which cannot meet the demand of modern high-productivity and high-efficiency comprehensive mining workings for rapid advancement,a belt conveyor large-stroke self-moving tail is designed,and the overall structure of the self-moving tail is introduced,and the key components are designed.After practical application,it can be seen that the large-stroke self-moving tail is fast and reliable,and it can well adapt to the demand of single pushing larger distance at the working face,which can effectively shorten the pushing time and further improve the working face production efficiency.
