摘要
针对传统机械加工制造业发展过程中产生大量的铁屑,需要对其进行高效回收利用的情况,主要设计研究一种将团状铁屑挤压成块状铁屑的装置,以提高炼钢收得率的打包机液压系统,最后针对设计过程中的元件摆放位置的优缺点进行对比分析改进。
Aiming at the development process of traditional machining manufacturing industry,a large amount of iron scrap is produced,which needs to be recycled efficiently.We mainly design and study a baler hydraulic system that extrudes the agglomerated iron scrap into lump iron scrap to improve the yield of steel making,and finally compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the component placement in the design process for improvement.
