摘要
为了解决刮板输送机和采煤机在井下协同工作时,由于采煤机不正常运行,导致刮板输送机负载不稳定,从而极有可能出现的过载运行等问题,利用对刮板输送机的负载预测,提出在采煤机和刮板输送机之间协调控制的基本思路,并设计出一套采煤机调速控制系统。通过对该调速控制系统的工业性试验,验证了该系统调速结果的准确性,设计工作取得显著成效。
In order to solve the problem of unstable scraper conveyor load due to irregular operation of the coal miner when the scraper conveyor and coal miner are working together downhole,and thus the overload operation is very likely to occur,the basic idea of coordinated control between the coal miner and scraper conveyor is proposed by using the load prediction of the scraper conveyor,and a coal miner speed control system is designed.Through the industrial test of this speed control system,the accuracy of the speed control results of the system was verified and the design work achieved significant results.
