摘要
针对矿井压风机系统当前存在的自动化、智能化水平低,人工劳动强度大,作业效率低等不足,以潞安化工集团某矿4台空压机位研究对象,对这4台空压机实施了基于手机物联网的自动化控制改造,介绍了改造原理,提出了改造方案,总结了改造后可实现的主要功能,并分析了应用效果。经对空压机的自动化控制改造,空压机实现了自动控制,减轻了工人劳动强度,降低了控制成本,取得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。
In view of the current shortcomings of the mine compressor system,such as low level of automation and intelligence,high manual labor intensity and low operational efficiency,taking the operation of four air compressors in a mine of Lu’an Chemical Group as an example,an automatic control transformation based on mobile phone Internet of Things was implemented for these four air compressors,introducing the transformation principle,proposing the transformation plan,summarizing the main functions that can be realized after the transformation,and analyzing the After the transformation of the automatic control of air compressors,the air compressors are automatically controlled,which reduces the labor intensity of workers and the control cost,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
