摘要
为降低精煤中杂质含量,提出将浅槽重介分选机应用到杂质去除中,并对浅槽重介分选机结构组成以及杂质去除流程进行分析。针对现场应用过程中精煤含水率高、浅槽出料口容易堵塞的问题,对刮板结构进行改进,并通过采用橡胶排料轮提高杂质排除效果。通过采用浅槽重介分选机去除精煤中杂质,提高了精煤品质,现场应用取得较好效果。
In order to reduce the impurity content in the refined coal,the shallow slot heavy medium sorter is proposed to be applied to the impurity removal,and the structural composition of the shallow slot heavy medium sorter and the impurity removal process are analyzed.The scraper structure is improved and the impurity removal effect is improved by using rubber discharge wheel.By using the shallow trough heavy medium separator to remove the impurities in the refined coal,the quality of the refined coal is improved and the field application achieves better results.
