滚筒式采煤机扭矩轴改进设计与应用研究

摘要 针对某煤矿企业服役中的滚筒式采煤机扭矩轴未发挥过载保护效果的问题,借助ANSYS有限元仿真计算软件,开展了扭矩轴仿真分析工作。结果表明,扭矩轴卸荷槽最大剪切应力低于材料许用应力是出现过载保护失效的主要原因,改进扭矩轴的应用,提高了采煤机的有效工作时间,为煤矿企业的产能和效率提升提供了保障。 Aiming at the problem that the torque shaft of a roller type coal mining machine in service of a coal body enterprise does not play the effect of overload protection,the simulation analysis of torque shaft was carried out with the help of ANSYS finite element simulation calculation software,and the results show that the maximum shear stress in the unloading groove of torque shaft is lower than the material allowable stress is the main reason for the failure of overload protection,and the application of improved torque shaft improves the effective working time of coal mining machine and provides a guarantee for the capacity and efficiency of coal enterprises.
