基于带式输送机的驱动技术优化研究

Optimization Study of Drive Technology Based on Belt Conveyor

针对现存带式输送机采用直接启动的方式会导致机器运行失稳、设备冲击损坏等问题,提出了采用变频软启动的方式,并根据该种方式提出了采用过渡支架改造原驱动支架的方案。根据现场使用情况可知,采用优化后的驱动技术,带式输送机的设备运行稳定性增加,相关零部件的损坏情况减少,使用寿命有了较大提升。

In view of the existing belt conveyor using direct start will lead to machine operation instability,equipment impact damage and other problems,the use of frequency conversion soft start is proposed,and according to this method,a plan of using transition bracket to modify the original drive bracket is proposed.According to the field use,it can be seen that with the optimized drive technology,the equipment operation stability of the belt conveyor increases,the damage of relevant parts is reduced and the service life is greatly improved.
