摘要 针对煤矿大运量、大倾角带式输送机胶带传统损伤检测技术存在的效率低、安全性差、检测成本较高以及准确度低等问题,通过对矿用带式输送机胶带损伤常见形式以及原因进行分析,提出一种矿用带式输送机胶带损伤在线检测系统方案。通过对其硬件系统和软件系统进行设计,并制作出胶带损伤检测装置样机进行现场检测和试验。结果表明,本次提出的胶带损伤在线检测系统可以准确识别胶带常见损伤,及时预警胶带损伤,有效避免了带式输送机事故发生,对于保证煤矿安全性具有重要的应用价值和良好的推广前景。 In view of the problems of low efficiency,poor safety,high detection cost and low accuracy in the traditional damage detection technology of belt conveyor belts with large transportation volume and large inclination in coal mines,this paper analyzes the common forms of belt conveyor belt damage in mining.And the reasons are analyzed,and a scheme of on-line detection system for belt damage of mining belt conveyor is proposed.By designing the hardware system and software system,and making a prototype of the belt damage detection device for on-site detection and testing,the application results show that this The belt damage online detection system proposed this time can accurately identify the common damage of the belt,including surface damage and internal wire damage of the belt,the identification accuracy is≥99.4%,the false alarm rate is less than 0.6%,and the belt is damaged in time.It can effectively avoid belt conveyor accidents.It has important application value and good promotion prospects for ensuring the safety of coal mines.
