综采工作面刮板输送机断链故障原因分析及预防措施研究

Causes of Chain Breakage of Scraper Conveyor in Heaving Working Face and Preventive Measures

针对综采工作面刮板输送机工作强度大、运行时间长、作业环境恶劣易出现断链故障的问题,基于同生峪沟煤业刮板输送机应用概况,结合刮板输送机常见的主要断链情况,分析了刮板输送机常见断链原因,并提出了一系列预防刮板输送机断链故障的措施。实际应用结果表明,通过综合应用这些预防措施,有效防治了刮板输送机断链故障,进一步促进了矿井的高产高效。

In view of the problem that the scraper conveyor at the comprehensive mining working face has high working intensity,long running time and harsh operating environment,which is prone to chain breakage,based on the application profile of scraper conveyor in Tong Sheng Yu Gou Coal Industry,the common causes of chain breakage of scraper conveyor are analyzed and a series of measures to prevent chain breakage of scraper conveyor are proposed.The practical application results show that through the comprehensive application of these preventive measures,the scraper conveyor chain breakage failure is effectively prevented and further promoted the high production and efficiency of the mine.
