摘要
重点分析了刮板输送机链传动系统的建模过程及预张紧力设置。以PLC控制器、无线采集仪、应变传感器建立刮板输送机链传动系统故障分析平台,在东曲矿综采工作面完成卡链、断链试验,最后给出设备维护措施。
The analysis focused on the modelling process and pre-tensioning force setting of the scraper conveyor chain drive system.The fault analysis platform of the scraper conveyor chain drive system was established with PLC controller,wireless collector and strain sensor,and chain jamming and chain breaking tests were completed at the Dongqu mine comprehensive mining face,and finally equipment maintenance measures were given.
