摘要
基于永磁变频驱动具备传动效率高、重载软启动、节能等优点,以山西某矿综采工作面刮板输送机为研究对象,提出将永磁变频驱动应用到采面刮板输送机控制中可明显提高刮板输送机工作效率及运行可靠性。针对永磁变频驱动结构组成、技术优势以及现场应用效果等进行分析,以期促进综采工作面煤炭运输工作。
Based on the advantages of high transmission efficiency,heavy load soft start,energy saving,etc.,permanent magnetic variable frequency drive is applied to the control of scraper conveyor of mining face in a mine in Shanxi Province as an engineering example,and it is proposed that the application of permanent magnetic variable frequency drive to the control of scraper conveyor of mining face can significantly improve the efficiency and operational reliability of scraper conveyor.The analysis of the structure composition,technical advantages and field application effect of permanent magnet frequency conversion drive is carried out to promote the coal transportation work of the comprehensive mining working face.
