摘要
为了进一步解决煤矿井下综采面开采过程中效率低、安全性差的问题,开发了一种新的煤矿井下作业面自动化综采技术。该方案以智能化联动综采控制为核心,将环境监测、综采设备联控、井下核心设备运行实现“一个流”的智能控制。根据实际应用表明,该自动化综采技术能够将井下综采面作业人员数量减少38.35%,井下综采效率提高27.45%,井下设备联动运行故障降低66.7%。
In order to further solve the current situation of low efficiency and poor safety in the mining process of underground coal mining face,a new automatic comprehensive mining technology for underground coal mining face is developed,which is based on the core of intelligent linked comprehensive mining control and realizes"one stream"intelligent control of environmental monitoring,joint control of comprehensive mining equipment and operation of underground core equipment.The solution is based on an intelligent linkage integrated mining control core,which combines environmental monitoring,integrated control of integrated mining equipment and downhole core equipment operation to achieve"one stream"intelligent control.According to the practical application,the automated integrated mining technology can reduce the number of operators at the underground integrated mining face by 38.35%,increase the efficiency of underground integrated mining by 27.45%,and reduce the fault of underground equipment linkage operation by 66.7%.
